The eCOGRA has launched the most comprehensive survey in the history of online gambling this week. The aim of this massive and global survey is to draw lines to player's behavior preferences and attitudes, in order to create a better environment in the online gambling sites through better understanding of the players needs. The eCOGRA is the eCommerce and gambling Regulation and Assurance. Its job is to protect the players in online casinos and impose certain standards. The online gamblers will be asked to state their opinions and feelings regarding various aspects of the whole online gambling experience.
If the eCOGRA wants to make this survey valid and reliable, it will need to reach as many online casinos' players as possible from different sectors of the population. Luckily this initiative has got the support of leading software vendors, online casino operators and portal operators. Thanks to this almost all embracing cooperation the eCOGRA will be able to cover all the online gambling areas from poker and online slots machine to player protection and fair play. It is yet to be determined what makes playing at an online casino a worthwhile experience, not only in regard to the winning money but also in regard to the total mental experienced. The eCOGRA is hoping to clarify some of the factors that lead to a positive gambling experience.
