Australian casino gambling management and consultancy firm International Casino Services Pty has developed a turn-key gambling software solution for casino floors called KISS. The gambling software solution is currently used throughout the Asia-Pacific and Australia since first developed in 1991, including land based gambling resorts in Macau, Vanuatu, the Solomon Islands, Tahiti, the Philippines, Canberra, Christmas Island, Cairns, Darwin, Cambodia, Russia, Tinian, and numerous cruise ships. It was developed specifically for gambling operations with a strong focus on chip movement control, table gaming reporting, non-negotiable transactions, junket commission reporting, surveillance and cash desk modules.
The gambling software solution was recently installed in the Galaxy Waldo, one of the 18 land based gambling resorts operating in Macau. Gary Woollard, Galaxy Casino General Manager explains, “Back up service and support is excellent, as is the cost. KISS encompasses all of the functionality we need from a table management system. "Working in real-time, it eliminates the problems of running multiple systems and trying to synchronize the data spread across different databases”.
