A gambling new software for the land-based casino is helping keeping tabs on patrons. The software is currently being used Macau, the largest gambling region of Asia. It assists the casino in tracking chip movement from players to the table and finally to the vaults located within the casino. Currently KISS is only being used in the Asia-Pacific gambling region, but due to its rising popularity, it is sure to spread elsewhere. KISS is a turn-key software solution for casino floors, developed by Australian gambling management and consultancy firm International Casino Services Pty. Ltd. (ICS). The KISS system provides all the reporting capabilities that casinos require. It is robust, stable and regularly updated.
It controls the movement of chips from the gambling tables to chip bank inventories, and provides a secure platform for calculating table game revenue and reporting to management, owners and government regulators. Casinos value the product's built-in membership system for the registration of players, and the marketing module allowing searches and mail merging. In particular, it controls, calculates and reports on junket transactions, such as buy-ins, rolling, complimentaries, commissions and settlement..
KISS is currently installed in the company's 63 table Galaxy Waldo property, one of the 18 casinos in Macau, which opened in July 2004. Back up service and support is excellent, as is the cost. And the software encompasses all of the functionality gambling halls need from a table management system. Working in real-time, it eliminates the problems of running multiple systems and trying to synchronize the data spread across different databases.
