Denver Broncos will be facing the Oakland Raiders this coming Sunday. One sports gambling site called Hollywood Sportsbook has already posted its gambling line featuring odds on this game and all other games taking place in week 10. The 6-2 Broncos are currently situated atop the AFC West heading into Sunday’s game. Their 3-5 rivals from Oakland have had a less than impressive 2005 campaign. The team faced high expectations early on in the season following the trade for Randy Moss. However, the team hasn’t lived up to those expectations so far this season.
Denver’s stocks have risen in the eyes of online casino odds makers that were really impressed by their victory over the Eagles. Alejandro Gomez, the sports gambling site’s Media Relations executive explains, “Even though the Broncos are coming off a great victory over the defending NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles and are leading their division, most of the people don't take them seriously and some of it might be because five of their six wins have been at home”.
Gomez was also quoted saying, “There is no question that they will be judged by what they do in the second half. I think they are a good team, one that is on the track to become only the fourth team in league history to pair 1,000-yard rushers in the same backfield. Now, they have the opportunity to prove it”. The two teams will meet in Oakland on November 13th, where the visiting team from Denver is regarded as the favorite to win the game. The game is scheduled to start at 4:05 pm (ET) at the Network Associates Coliseum.
