Gambling on football games in advance is the porogety of every sports gambling fan. However, not many sports gambling site post the odds for next week’s game so soon in advance. On online gambling site that does is called Hollywood Sportsbook. The sports gambling site has posted the betting line for next week’s game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Denver Broncos, which will be held next Sunday, October 30th 2005. The Eagles were quite impressive in shutting down the Chargers running game last week, but will they be able to do the same against the Broncos?
Currently, the sports gambling site has the Eagles up +3.5 points to win the game. This means that if you end up gambling on Philadelphia, they have to win by more than 3 points for you to win the bet. Note that if they win by exactly three points, it won’t be enough to cover the spread. As it stands now, you stand to earn $10 for every $11 you wager on the Eagles. On the other hand, in case you gamble the Broncos and they win, you’ll be able to collect $11 for every $10 you bet.
Alejandro Gomez, the sports gambling site’s Media Relations executive says, “The Eagles can be a Super Bowl team, they went into the season as the favorite to repeat as the NFC representatives in the Super Bowl”. Gomez was also quoted saying, “Even though, the Eagles have two losses in the tough NFC East, the team still can feel good; they just need to stay focus against the Broncos, who have had a quick start.
